Applied Update 3.0 and Game Backups No Longer Recognized

Just applied the update 3.0, now the Wii no longer recognize any game backups, I don't have an original game disc in hand so don't know if this also affects the original discs. But seems like the new update does invalidate the Winkey clone modchips.

Update

This issue has been further examined, it was caused by the corrupted Wiikey, nothing to do with update, a simple replacement solved it.
