1.1.4 Lockdownd Patch (Factory Activated)

The lockdownd in firmware 1.1.4 is very similar to the version 1.1.3, so the same patch applied to 1.1.3 also works on 1.1.4. NOTE: You can’t use the old 1.1.3 patched lockdownd because the files are different, you need to apply the patch on the 1.1.4 lockdownd.

    I have a ziphoned iphone 1.1.4 which does not connect anymore on USB. Itunes does not see it/ the PC does not see it/ i can put it in recovery mode only by putting an original lockdownd (but since USB does not work….)/ and it does not go to DFU. I understand from some forums that lockdownd might be the cause of all that!!! I have tried many versions - original and patched without any luck ie. USB is still not functioning…Can you confirm that lockdownd could be the cause or point me to another direction? I can still SSH over WiFi on the iphone so i could replace the files….Also i am still trying because i managed to charge it using an old ipod power supply - the one that had a firewire on to connect to the ipod.
    Any help greatly welcome.

    @pierre, sounds like a device driver problem. Can you check if there’s anything abnormal in Windows device manager? (Right clikc My Computer -> Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager)

    Another way to try is to connect your phone to another computer and see if it’s detected.

    anyone know how to fix the wifi after jailbraik with ziphone (stupid me)
